Curved Tempered Glass of STANLEY GLASS is produced with a sequence of quality control procedures and selected highly quality glass with no air bubbles and impurities. It comes to final product after special grinding treatment of edging. It used to make record of producing 500 thousand units continuously, and the construction installation is completed after it. There is no spontaneous self breakage record found in ten years of sales. This shall be the best guarantee of quality.
- Customized Curve: The glass is able to be curved into other kind of shape. It gives the appearance with various possibilities and makes wider and larger space for designer.
- Pressure and impact proof: The strength is 3~5 times stronger than normal flat glass.(It is over 10000psi according to the requirement of ASTM)
- High endurance of weather: Able to endure rapid change of temperature in comparison with normal glass.(ex. 5mm tempered glass is able to endure the temperature difference of 200℃)
- High Safety: When it is broken, it bursts and disperses into many small fragments. The size of fragments is as big as bean. It can reduce the potential injury to human body.
